Cardinal Bird Carving Diorama by W. Reinbold

Diorama of an exceptional Male Cardinal in its natural setting under convex glass by William (Bill) H. Reinbold (1926-2018), Lansdowne, Pennsylvania. Reinbold was well known in the mid-third Quarter of the 20th Century for his variety of birds carvings, many presented in diorama format. Signed W. Reinbold. Ca. 1950’s. Excellent condition, glare on glass from camera flash. 7 3/8” square x 1 1/2” deep.
