An exceptionally nice example of an Antique Sales Sample “Ruud No. 25” cast iron Water Heater. A RARE and UNIQUE piece. Complete with brass fittings and door opens showing brass coil. Painted black with gold gilt accent and comes with stand. Great paint, surface and patina. Outstanding piece of memorabilia of the industrial age. Made by Ruud. Ruud became Rheem in the 1920’s. Ca. 1890-1910. Excellent plus condition with original paint. 9 ½” tall x app. 2 3/4” diameter.
